The next time you are surfing the Web, try this site: Pipeline of Hatred. This is a site set up and run by an Israeli couple, Udi and Mal Ohana. They are not subsidized by the Israeli Government or any agency. The site is dedicated to the well-being of Israel and to expose anti-Semitism. The site has short, interesting clips about Israel and the problem it faces, as well as articles. The site is very professionally laid out and deserves a look by you. Try it.
Study Cruise to the Caribbean
Reservations are being accepted for a Study Cruise to the Caribbean, which will take place from December 13-20, 2004, on the "Dawn Princess", sponsored by The Foundation for Jewish Studies, in celebration of the 350th anniversary of the arrival of Jews to America. The luxury cruise will include lectures by Professor Rozenblit and Professor Holum, Professors of History at the University of Maryland. The cruise will leave from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with visits to Curacao, Margarita, Barbados, Dominica, and St. Thomas. Chanukah will be celebrated during the cruise. Kosher Shopping
Those people who were pleased with the poultry from Custom Kosher will be pleased to learn that Larry Shor has now opened a retail kosher meat market in Rockville. The store is called "Kosher by the Case" and offers top quality Glatt kosher meat products, catering type meals, fish, and deli items at very competitive prices. Everything is under the supervision of the Rabbinical Council of Greater Washington. Shep Chesis will be happy to give you further details about the store.
